What are all the different characters that you offer?

We offer a vast variety of children’s characters that are from storybooks, fables, or legends, as well as characters of our own creation. We are constantly adding new characters all the time.

Due to scheduling, we recommend that you call us at (573) 458-9298 or stop in our office at 839 VFW Memorial Drive #6 to verify if we have the character you are requesting available.

What's the difference between your characters and copyrighted characters?

We offer both popular storybook characters as well as Girl Adored characters from our own creation. We do not offer copyrighted characters, to include Disney characters.

Our characters may appear similar to main media characters to children, because children aren’t often able to tell the difference. If they see a girl in a fancy blue dress, they may think she is either Elsa or Cinderella, even though she is clearly not representing the copyright character the child believes they are.

We attempt to make our characters different by using our own custom names and uniquely designed costumes in order to not violate copyright laws. It’s fun for our team to get creative after referring to the original tales our characters come from.

If you require a copyrighted character, we recommend that you contact the copyright holder.

How much is it to have a princess come to my child's party?

We have different party options available for you. Please feel free to contact us at (573) 458-9298 so that we may walk you through what’s available so that you can choose the best option for you.

How far in advance do I need to book an event?

We recommend that you book your party at least 3 months in advance. The sooner the better as we often fill up fast.

Which two princess characters can I book together?

We have recommended pairings, but based upon availability, you can pair any princesses you’d like. Share your requests at the time of booking with our staff.

When is payment due for a party booked?

Payment arrangements are made once you book. Your deposit is non refundable and pays for your professional party time. Final payments are due 1 week before the day of your party.

When is payment due for events I want my child to attend?

We require full payment for events at time of booking. All event ticket bookings are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, we cannot refund your ticket, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. If you do give your ticket away to someone, you must notify Girl Adored promptly as we personalize everything based upon the information entered at time of booking.

How far do you travel?

As a mobile business, we will travel to you based on availability. Travels fees are required. Travel fee is $2 per mile for two staff members. Events that are over four hours one way are required to pay for room and board ($200) in addition to the hourly travel fee.

How much is your travel fee?

Travel fees depend on your location. Please call our office at (573) 458-9298 for a quote.

What is your cancellation policy in the event that I need to cancel?

If you are unable to reschedule your event and opt to cancel your event previously booked with us, the following policy applies:

Parties cancelled 14 days or more from the event date, receive a refund of all payments made minus your non refundable deposit.

Parties cancelled 13 days or less from the event day, do not receive a refund.

All deposits are non refundable!

How long does it take to receive my refund after I cancel?

Refunds may take up to two weeks from the day it’s processed with the funds being returned to the same card we used to process your payment.
