What are all the different characters that you offer?

We offer a vast variety of children’s characters that are from storybooks, fables, or legends, as well as characters of our own creation. We are constantly adding new characters all the time.

Due to scheduling, we recommend that you call us at (573) 458-9298 to verify if we have the character you are requesting available.

What's the difference between your characters and copyrighted characters?

We offer both popular storybook characters as well as Girl Adored characters from our own creation. We do not offer copyrighted characters.

Our characters may appear similar to main media characters to children, because children aren’t often able to tell the difference. If they see a girl in a fancy blue dress, they may think she is either Elsa or Cinderella, even though she is clearly not representing the copyright character the child believes they are.

We attempt to make our characters different by using our own custom names and uniquely designed costumes in order to not violate copyright laws. It’s fun for our team to get creative after referring to the original tales our characters come from.

If you require a copyrighted character, we recommend that you contact the copyright holder.

How much is it to have a princess come to my child's party?

We have different party options available for you. Please feel free to contact us at (573) 458-9298 so that we may walk you through what’s available so that you can choose the best option for you.

How far in advance do I need to book an event?

We recommend that you book your party at least 2 weeks in advance. The sooner the better as we often fill up fast. Call (573) 458-9298.

My child's party is still 4 months away, should I book now?

Absolutely. The earlier that you can book your party, the better it is for planning and guarantees that you get the date and time you want. Call (573) 458-9298.

I only want one princess to attend my child's party. Can I book just one?

Yes, you can book one princess to attend your child’s party or event, however we will always send two of Adored Professional Children’s Entertainers. Two is always better than one!
And yes, whether you have one princess and one staff member or two princesses, your fee includes the cost of two staff.

When is payment due for a party booked?

Payment arrangements are made once you book. Your deposit is non refundable and pays for your professional party time. Final payments are due 1 week before the day of your party.

When is payment due for events I want my child to attend?

We require full payment for events at time of booking. All event ticket bookings are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, we cannot refund your ticket, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. If you give your ticket away to someone, you must notify Girl Adored promptly as we personalize everything based upon the information entered at time of booking by calling (573) 458-9298.

How far do you travel?

As a mobile business, we will travel to you based on availability. Travels fees are not included in our pricing.

Our travel rates include:

  • less than 1 hour drive (one way) – $25 per staff / performer
  • approximately 1.5 hour drive (one way) – $35 per staff / performer
  • approximately 2 hour drive (one way) – $50 per staff / performer
  • approximately 3 hour drive (one way) – $75 per staff / performer
  • approximately 4 hour drive (one way) – $150 per staff / performer

What is your cancellation policy in the event that I need to cancel?

If you are unable to reschedule your event and opt to cancel your event booked with us, the following policy applies:

Parties cancelled 15 days or more from the event date, receive a refund of all payments made minus your non refundable deposit.

Due to the short notice, parties cancelled 14 days or less from the event day, do not receive a refund.

All deposits are non refundable!

How long does it take to receive my refund after I cancel?

Refunds may take up to two weeks from the day it’s processed with the funds being returned to the same card we used to process your payment. Questions, call (573) 458-9298.
